Our Hassle-Free Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of you receiving your order. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.
- Bird & Gift Books once they have been opened.
- Bird Cams that have been used or installed.
- Birdhouse Kits that have been opened or partially assembled.
How to Return an Item
Follow these simple steps to initiate a return or exchange:
- Contact Us: Email our friendly customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Please include the following information:
- Your Order Number
- Product Name
- Reason for return or exchange
- Wait for Approval: We will respond within 2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on where to send your package.
- Package Your Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging, including all parts, manuals, and accessories.
- Ship Your Return: Mail the package to the address provided in your RMA email. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as you are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
Refunds & Reimbursement
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email notification to approve or reject your refund.
Upon approval, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days. The exact timing depends on your payment provider:
- Visa, MasterCard, JCB: 5-7 business days
- PayPal: 3-5 business days
Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable. For exchanges, we will ship the new item as soon as we have received and processed the returned product.
Damaged or Defective Items
