Order Process: When you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgment email. This email is not an acceptance of your order but confirmation that we have received it. Our acceptance of your order occurs when we send the shipping confirmation.

Pricing: All prices are listed in US Dollars. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice, but such changes will not affect orders already placed.

Order Processing: Please allow 1-2 business days for order processing before shipment.

Shipping Options:

• Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx (10-15 business days after shipment)
• Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50 via EMS (15-25 business days after shipment)

International Orders: We ship worldwide except to Asia and certain remote regions. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply to international orders.

Return Window: We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of you receiving your order.

Eligibility: To be eligible for return or exchange, items must be:

• In the original packaging with all parts, manuals, and accessories

Non-Returnable Items: For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

• Opened Bird & Gift Books
• Used or installed Bird Cams
• Opened or partially assembled Birdhouse Kits

Return Process:

2. Provide your order number, product name, and reason for return
3. Wait for our response with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
4. Securely package the item in its original packaging
5. Ship to the address provided in your RMA email

Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval or rejection. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or refund and provide a prepaid shipping label.
